Glass packaging must be deposited:
In the green bin (provided by SIETREM)
Or at a voluntary drop-off point near your home
These containers are specially designed to collect glass packaging only.
The following items are accepted:
Glass bottles
Glass jars
Glass pots (whole or broken)
All glass items must be empty before disposal.
Labels and caps may be left on.
The following items must not be placed in the green bin or glass collection points:
Crockery, plates, dishes, mugs
Earthenware, terracotta, porcelain
Window glass, mirrors
Light bulbs, neon tubes, and other lighting equipment
These materials have different melting points and compositions, and disrupt the recycling process. Please dispose of them via appropriate channels or waste collection centres.
