I go to the waste collection centre

Waste collection centres

Give your waste a second life by taking it to a waste collection centre.

SIETREM provides a network of five waste collection centres for private residents, located in Croissy-Beaubourg, Chanteloup-en-Brie, Chelles, Noisiel and Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes.
From March to October, a mobile waste collection service is also available in the towns of Thorigny-sur-Marne, Dampmart and Courtry.

Access conditions

An ID and an access card must be presented.

  • To apply for your card, create your personal account. You will need to upload the following documents:
    – Proof of address less than 3 months old (accepted documents: gas, electricity, water or internet bill, tax notice or non-taxation certificate, rent receipt issued by a social landlord or estate agency. Any other documents will be refused).
    – A copy of your ID (you may upload several if registering multiple household members).

Once your request is validated by SIETREM, you will receive an email notification. Your QR code will then be available in your personal space.
Present this code along with your ID to a staff member to access the centres. You can also monitor your remaining usage units in real-time through your account. If you have a physical access card, the number of remaining units can be checked on site.

  • Please note If you already have a physical card, it cannot be replaced with a QR code. You must continue using your existing card. The staff will inform you of your unit balance.

Quantities deposited may not exceed 2m3 (3m3 for green waste).

  • per day,
  • per household,
  • all waste collection centers combined,
  • 60 units per year. 1 unit corresponds to 0.5m³ of waste.

Example :If you deposit 1m³, 2 units will be deducted. You can make up to 30 visits of 1m³ per year.
If you deposit 0.5m³ or less, only 1 unit is deducted, allowing for up to 60 visits per year.
.

Access is strictly reserved for private individuals. Professional craftsmen and tradespeople are not allowed to use the centres. You may use any centre of your choice.

These limits do not apply to mobile waste collection centres, where the maximum allowed is 1m³ (2m³ for green waste).
